Manuscript Beginning
athātas sampravakṣyāmi jīrṇoddhāravidhikramam। jīrṇadehaṃ yathā dehī tyaktvānyaṃ pratipadyate। tathā vijīrṇaṃ ca calitaṃ bimbaṃ muñcanti devatāḥ। evam ādīni sarvāṇi rākṣasāś ca vi'santi hi।

sarvanāśaṃ bhaved atra sarvaṃ niṣphalam eva hi। yadā māsādivarṣeṣu aśubhāni śubhāni ca। aparakṣya[aparīkṣya?] tadā kāryā hyuddharet sthāpanaṃ budhaḥ। jīrṇoddhāram idaṃ proktaṃ prāyaścittavidhiṃ śṛṇu। iti suprabhede pratiṣṭhātantre kriyāpāde jīrṇoddhāravidhipaṭalaḥ। śrīsomasundaragurave namaḥ।
