This text has two paṭala-s with the names ṣaḍadhvalakṣaṇa and ātmārthapūjā. The first one describes the features of the six paths. The portion at the begining is lost and the passage that begins the text corresponds to 1.9, pp. 368, IFP.T. 97 but further treatment differs from the IFP.T.Ms.The second paṭala is the same as no. 215
Manuscript Beginning
nābhau ca hṛtg[k]aph[p]ālau ca mūrdhni pañcakalāṃ nyaset। mūrdhni pañca catur vaktre lalāṭe netrayo[r]dvayoḥ। karṇadvayena pārśve gaṇḍoṣṭhadvitayor api। dante ca śīrṣaś[c]ubuke jihve ca tālumūlake। varṇe[vaktre] ca hṛdaye caiva stanadvau nābhideśake। sphikdvaye guhyadehe[śe] ca pāyo[r] bījadvayena ca।
Manuscript Ending
tadvādīśvarasevārthaṃ pārśvadvāraniveśanam। viprādīnāṃ tu sevārtham ardhamaṇḍapam āditaḥ। ........vibhavasyāgraparyantaṃ sevāsthā[naṃ] prakalpayet। pradakṣiṇakrameṇaiva mahādevīṃ praṇamya ca। āsthānamaṇḍapaṃ [ga]tvā japaṃ kṛtvā viśeṣataḥ। gṛhaṃ praviśya sambhojya āgamādi paṭhet guruḥ। iti sūkṣmaśāstre ātmārthapūjāvidhipaṭalaḥ। śrīsomasundaragurave namaḥ।
