This text, which according to the colophon, forms part of the bimbāgama. The bimba, also called mukhabimba, is traditionally the 20th mūlāgama; but no manuscripts transmit a complete text of the work
Manuscript Beginning
ataḥ paraṃ pravakṣyāmi jīrṇoddhāravidhikramam। bhavane maṇḍape caiva liṅge bere tu piṇḍike। prākāre gopure caiva anyeṣu jīrṇiteṣu ca। svāyambhuvādiliṅgeṣu jīrṇoddhāraṃ na kārayet। ajñānā[n]mahato vāpi rājarāṣṭraṃ vinaśyati। tasmāt sarvaprayatnena mūlaliṅgaṃ na kārayet।
Manuscript Ending
mūlaśāstravidhānena kuryāt paurāṇikaṃ vidhim। mahābereṣu yad yaṅgaṃ jīrṇitaṃ yadi sambhavet। tad vad aṅgāt punaḥ kuryāt sandhānaṃ tasya vastunā। uttamāṅgavihīne tu tad rūpaṃ cāgninā bhavet। punas salakṣaṇaṃ kuryāt tad rūpaṃ ca viśeṣataḥ। aṣṭāviṃśatibhedaiś ca samānaṃ śilpaśāstrataḥ। jīrṇoddhāravidhiṃ[ḥ] proktaṃ[ḥ] bālasthānavidhiṃ śṛṇu। iti bimbāgame jīrṇoddhāravidhipaṭalaḥ। śrīsomasundaragurave namaḥ।
