bāṇaraupuādiliṅgānāṃ pariṇāhena vistṛtā। tan[t?]tryaṃśena samucchrāyā piṇḍikā vasubhājitā। netreṇāṅghrisutatpaṭṭirūpeṇa yugale galaḥ।

śikāram ūrdhvapadaman tu makāraṃ kaṇṭham ucyate। adhopadmanakāran tu vākṣaraṃ liṅgarūpakam। āvāhayet tato devaṃ sadyojātena mantrataḥ। sthāpayed vāmadevena aghoreṇa tu sannidhiḥ। puruṣeṇa nirodhaṃ ca īśena svāgataṃ bhavet। iti liṅgalakṣaṇavidhis samāptaḥ।
